[Announcement] Application for the 2026 Academic Year National Science Council Subsidized Scholarship for Cultivating Outstanding Doctoral Students
Regarding the application and recommendation for this scholarship, the “Implementation Guidelines of the Pilot Program for the National Science and Technology Council Subsidized Scholarship for Cultivating Outstanding Doctoral Students in Universities and Colleges” passed by our university on April 29, 2026, and the “Selection Methods for the National Science and Technology Council Doctoral Research Scholarship” passed by our institute on June 11, 2026, are hereby announced. New doctoral students enrolled in the 2026 academic year who wish to apply are kindly requested to prepare the following documents (combining the electronic files into one PDF) according to the implementation guidelines of the program and submit them via the cloud link before 17:00 on August 14, 2026 (Friday): https://forms.gle/fky8HvivAPnC6Uuz6

(1) Registration certificate for the first semester of the 2026 academic year
(2) Evaluation-related materials, signed by the supervising professor (academic research performance, academic performance over the years, research plan and development potential, internationalization ability and other performance; please refer to point 5 of the selection methods of our institute, Evaluation Criteria).
