Despite these uncertain times due to COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to go on with incoming mobilities for the academic year 2021-22 and are glad to inform you that the online application process for a semester at INSA Rennes is available. Please note that this decision may change according to the situation and guidelines provided by French health authorities.

NOMINATIONS

We would be grateful if you could first fill in our nomination form (Excel sheet in attachement) while forwarding the application process to your nominated students. Please rename your nomination form with the name of your institution.

APPLICATION

DEADLINE

The deadline for nomination and application is 15th April 2021. Late applications from nominated students will also be considered if they are sent no later than 1st May 2021. However, we would be grateful if you could make sure that your nominated students apply within the deadline of 15th April 2021. It will make our work easier ! Thank you for your kind understanding.

INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS

Before applying, please read carefully our attached information sheet.

The online form will allow you to upload all the required documents. You do not need to send them by e-mail nor postal mail. Before starting with the application process, you will have to create an account with your email address. A message will be sent to you for you to activate your account within 24 hours. Please make sure to record each page. This will enable you to get back to your form if you need to change any information.

We advise you to choose courses in the same year to prevent time-table conflicts:
– semester 5 : 1st semester of the 3rd year
– semester 6 : 2nd semester of the 3rd year
– semester 7 : 1st semester of the 4th year
– semester 8 : 2nd semester of the 4th year
– semester 9 : 1st semester of the 5th year.
