We would be grateful if you could first fill in our nomination form (Excel sheet in attachement) while forwarding the application process to your nominated students.
Please rename your nomination form with the name of your institution.
Important ! No course available for 5th-year students during Spring semester.

DEADLINE
The deadline for nomination and application is 31st October 2021.
INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS
Before applying, please read carefully our attached information sheet.
The online form will allow you to upload all the required documents. You do not need to send them by e-mail nor postal mail. Before starting with the application process, you will have to create an account with your email address. A message will be sent to you for you to activate your account within 24 hours. Please make sure to record each page. This will enable you to get back to your form if you need to change any information.

We advise you to choose courses in the same year to prevent time-table conflicts:
– semester 5 : 1st semester of the 3rd year
– semester 6 : 2nd semester of the 3rd year
– semester 7 : 1st semester of the 4th year
– semester 8 : 2nd semester of the 4th year
– semester 9 : 1st semester of the 5th year.
